The first phone call took me by surprise:

‘Have you got 神奇 [magical!] coconut oil?’

Magical?  Our Virgin Coconut Oil may be wonderful, but we have never named it 神奇.

‘Well, we do carry Virgin Coconut Oil …’ I answered.

‘And where can I get it? I read about your magical coconut oil in HK HEADLINE …’

話說一行人踩到太和一帶，經過名為「假日農墟」的露天市場，場內有不少售賣有機蔬果、公平交易農產品等攤檔，其中一個名為 Fair and Healthy 的攤檔瀰漫覑清香的椰子味，對椰香很有好感的米珠蓮自然被吸引，再看一罌罌包裝精美的椰子產品，心跳即時躍升。問及檔主所賣的是甚麼，原來 是一種叫初榨冷壓有機椰子油，由新鮮椰子刨絲冷壓而成，無高溫處理，無添加劑，是特純的天然椰子油。椰子油不含膽固醇，能穩定血糖和血壓，且含有月桂酸， 可增強免疫能力，故被視為健康食品之一。至於如何食用呢？檔主稱可用作煮食油、塗麵包，或是每天吃半湯匙均可，入口清淡，卻有股椰香慢慢在口腔內散發，據 指還有助減肥和抗衰老，所以都忍不住連掃幾罌呢！
