Half a tablet would do

Break cacao tablet into two

Pre-warm cup with boiling water (for best results)

Put half-tablet into a cup
放半片于杯中
Pour a little boiling water to cover half-tablet
加少許沸水 把可可片蓋過
Don’t let it swim in water
設勿讓可可片在水中游泳
Let half-tablet soak for 15 to 20 seconds
讓可可片泡十五到二十秒
Mash it into paste with teaspoon
用茶匙壓攪成糊狀
+ boiling water … a little at a time
加沸水, 一點兒地加…
+ sweetener to taste*
依隨口味加增甜劑**
+ milk or coco milk or soy milk to neutralise natural acidity (optional)
中和可可天然酸味,可加奶,椰奶或豆奶等
